What you’ll be doing:
We’re seeking a Lead Graphic Designer who’s not only passionate about innovation but also experienced in guiding and managing a team of talented designers. You'll be at the forefront of driving creative excellence while mentoring and empowering your team to reach new heights. - Support and lead the graphic designers in creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing campaigns, including social media, email, web, and print materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Manage the design team's workload, ensuring efficient distribution of tasks and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular design reviews to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and technologies into the design process.
- Work with external vendors and freelancers as needed to support design projects.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
