JOB DESCRIPTION
Corporate Compliance
- Preparing Annual ASIC review statements for our clients daily, including invoicing of an Accounting Firm's Annual ASIC Fee.
This will be the main task initially.
o Software required: NowInfinity & MYOB Account Enterprise
- Management and upkeep of the company's inbox including saving all emails including the annual statements & annual statement reminders to the appropriate client on the document manager system.
o Software Required: Microsoft outlook, MYOB Account Enterprise, full access to the inbox
- Issuing and emailing ASIC Late fee invoices to clients with email templates available.
- Invoice retrieved from the ASIC Portal which needs to be managed daily to ensure the client is notified and avoid further late fees.
o Software required: Access to the ASIC Portal via Chrome. The Corporate Compliance Manager has login details.
- Attending to any client queries regarding ASIC – For example, address & email updates, company queries, deregistration requests. All query actions to be reviewed by the corporate compliance manager. Queries will be emailed to the company's corporate email address.
- Ensuring all clients details are maintained through Now Infinity as per our client records (MYOB Account Enterprise).
- In collaboration with the compliance manager, new clients and entities will be inputted into the system and brought into corporate compliance to act as ASIC Agents.
o Software required: MYOB Account Enterprise
