Credentialing Manager

Gastro Health is seeking a Full-Time Credentialing Manager to join our team!

Duties you will be responsible for:

• Filing & Clerical Work
• Data Entry
• Project based research & updates
• Provider & entity follow ups
• Strong knowledge of Onboarding, Enrollment, Maintenance and Appointment tasks with a focal area of expertise
• Processing complex applications and renewals
• Interacting with offices, providers & entities
• Ability to research unfamiliar tasks and communicate findings to team as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues/inquiries from external sources
• Oversight & assignment of projects
• Completion of complex applications
• Understanding and use of higher-level software tasks such as report building and analytics
• Management of the credentialing team
• Coaching & team development
• Evaluation of reports and trends
• Policy & process analysis, development and implementation
• Reporting to leadership & participation in corporate meetings
• Setting goals for the team, evaluating & ensuring goals are met

Minimum requirements:

• CPCS desired
• 5+ years’ experience in Credentialing
• Bachelor's
