Key Skills
- Total Experience - 15+ years with hands on experience with Azure (MUST) and AWS (MUST), strong preference for architecture certification in one of these platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud technology and its implementation across major Cloud providers (ex. Azure and AWS)
- Passionate about technology and customer success with excellent communication and articulation skills
- Enhance service offering and drive towards growth of the Practice.
- Bring innovation in the Practice by coming up ideas, differentiators, and development of tools /accelerators to differentiate us in the market.
- Leading the Cloud Activities across geographies by working closely with respective Geography Leads
- Promote cloud offerings and expertise internally with accounts and externally with customers to create pipeline and opportunity for growth of Practice.
- Support new business activities, proposal creation and engagement scoping
- Responsible for developing roadmap to achieve organizational, business and delivery goals for Cloud Offering
- Lead the team to continuously push the limits and adopt new capabilities (cloud architectures and frameworks, CI/CD practices.)
- Drive team motivation and lead changes essential for the achievement of long-term goals
- Minimum of 5 years' experience leading development groups through software development cycles
