We're looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our EASM (external attack surface management) product offerings. You have a 10+ years of experience in the cybersecurity and external attack surface domain, with experience bringing products to market and driving their adoption.

Reporting to the SVP, PM Risk Management you will:

  • Develop/implement a comprehensive product roadmap for our EASM product portfolio, aligning with our overall goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product development and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to define product requirements, prioritize feature development, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Develop/manage product pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies that maximize revenue and market share.
  • Nurture relationships with important customers, partners, and industry influencers to gather feedback, validate product strategy, and lead customer success.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in product management, with a focus on EASM products.
  • Experience with external attack surface technology, incident detection and response, and related security technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to lead decision-making and measure product success.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Understanding of orthogonal areas such as CAASM, BAS, and CTEM is a big plus
  • Experience working in a platform company where you have built/grown an adjacent product line 3-5x
  • Experience with InfoSec and GRC teams in large organizations
  • Experience with Proxies, Firewall, ZTNA based security stack

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$161,000$230,000 USD
