Salary: P80,000 to P120,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday(09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 4 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer or experience with Web Application Frameworks (Laravel)
- Experience in debugging code in Laravel and working with MySQL/MariaDB
- Exposure to any application monitoring tool such as NewRelic and Datadog
- Experience with infrastructure as code and deployment via CI/CD Pipelines
Nice to Have:
- AWS Experience (specifically EC2, Redis, RDS, S3, SQS, Cloudwatch)
- Previous experience in working in an Agile Environment is beneficial
- Collaborative and innovative, with a CI/CD approach to improving current systems & processes.
- AWS Developer, SysOps Administrator or DevOps Engineer certification
What will you do?
- Provide operational support and engineering solutions for client's systems and applications
- Liaise with external partners, stakeholders, and development teams for support queries
- Gather and analyze metrics to enhance performance tuning and fault finding
- Manage incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and produce reports for major incidents
- Participate in system design, platform management, and planning
- Build and maintain sustainable systems and services through automation
- Create and update technical documentation and maintain a knowledge base
- Build and operate monitoring for security, availability, reliability, and performance
- Analyze current technology and develop processes for improvement and expansion
