Program Manager

Preliminary quals for Program Manager Preferred to have experience in an SAP migration, specifically S/4 Highly experienced individual with obvious experience leading programs of significant complexity Portfolio and Project Management:

Strong Portfolio, Program and Project Management Skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to influence others behaviors, breakdown barriers, build trust and foster collaboration.

Develops full-scale program, detailed project plans and associated communication plans/materials.

Systems Development Management: Leads solution development projects that support the organization's objectives and plans.

Reviews the progress of development projects, ensuring that projects are carried out in accordance with agreed-upon standards (including industry & Ulta standards), methods and procedures.

Relationship Management: Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and working to implement stakeholder engagement strategies and plans.

Negotiates with stakeholders at senior levels and ensures that organizational policy and strategies are adhered to. Resourcing: Effectively estimates needed resources and manages cross-functional teams (and oversees others in the process).

Communications Management: Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner and continually manages them accordingly.

Develops and deliver progress reports.

Financial Management: Manages the overall budget of the portfolio from initial annual planning through completion of the projects; includes monitoring of individual projects budgets, submitting monthly forecast and accruals, as well as facilitating discussions on the status of the overall portfolio budget with IT and Business leadership.
