About this role 

Transcarent serves millions of members across several care experiences including Surgery Care, Oncology Care, Virtual Primary Care, Pharmacy Care, and more. Our mission of creating a new, better, and different healthcare experience across so many health journeys requires a team that can think holistically about the driving growth & engagement with each of these experiences.   

We’re seeking a Group Product Manager to lead several product teams in driving growth & engagement across Transcarent’s Care Experiences. The ideal candidate will be a proven healthcare growth leader with a strong analytical background and collaborative approach to product management.  

What you’ll do 

  • Develop and implement product strategy to maximize engagement across the Growth and Core product areas, including a broad set of features like Onboarding, Log-in, Home, Provider Finder, My Health, My Benefits, and more 
  • Build strong perspective on roadmap priorities by deeply understanding the needs of our members and our customers, and by analyzing key business and product metrics 
  • Define, measure, and report on success metrics to evaluate the impact of roadmap initiatives 
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, data science, design, engineering, and sales to drive growth and product strategies and initiatives 
  • Regularly report to executives on strategy, roadmap initiatives, and performance against key metrics 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small group of Product Managers on your team 

What we’re looking for 

  • 7+ years of growth product management experience within the healthcare industry  
  • 2+ years of experience managing other product managers 
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross functional product initiatives to deliver meaningful business and user outcomes 
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  
  • Analytical thinking and a strong proclivity for using data to answer questions 
  • Ability to convey complex ideas through written, visual, and verbal communication, always focusing on the "why” behind everything you do 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$155,000$175,000 USD

Total Rewards 

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location  

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
