This individual will set marketing goals, track performance, and provide comprehensive recaps with actionable insights to optimize results. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Property Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Leasing, Creative, Digital, Loyalty, PR, Events and Operations to promote offerings through various channels, oversee creative requests and property signage, and support the execution of brand partnership events. Additionally, the manager will support new brand partnerships, research innovative sponsorship opportunities, and create compelling materials for business development. The role also involves managing client relationships, maintaining marketing budgets, and ensuring a seamless experience for partners and clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or advertising, particularly in account management, and experience working with top consumer brands across industries such as entertainment, automotive, and lifestyle.
