Senior Manager, Cyber Operations - Expression of Interest

The Purpose:

We’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced Senior Manager – Cyber Operations for an exciting and challenging permanent opportunity.  

The Senior Manager of Cyber Operations will oversee the daily operations of our cyber-security team, managing incident response, threat detection, and security operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing and optimising our cyber security operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols, leading incident response efforts, and ensuring that our security posture aligns with organisational goals. 

We'd love to hear from you if have: 

• 7+ years of experience in cyber-security operations, with a proven track record in incident response, threat management, and security operations. 

• Strong experience in managing and leading teams, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. 

• Experience with threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security operations best practices. 

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Deep understanding of security technologies and practices, including SIEM, SOAR, and endpoint security. 

• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards such as Security of Critical Infrastructure Act, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS. 

• Certifications of CISSP and/or GCIH are preferred.
