Telecom Engineer

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a skilled Telecom Engineer to join our team. As a Telecom Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's telecom infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of our telecom systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of telecom technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain telecom infrastructure systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot telecom equipment, including switches, routers, and servers.
• Ensure the security and integrity of telecom systems.
• Monitor the performance and capacity of telecom networks and systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate telecom infrastructure with other systems and services.
• Manage telecom projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
• Maintain documentation of telecom systems and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Telecom Engineer or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of telecom technologies and protocols.
• Experience with telecom equipment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in network protocols and network security.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Industry certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP, are a plus.
