Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain telecom infrastructure systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot telecom equipment, including switches, routers, and servers.
- Ensure the security and integrity of telecom systems.
- Monitor the performance and capacity of telecom networks and systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Telecom Engineer or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of telecom technologies and protocols.
- Experience with telecom equipment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in network protocols and network security.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Industry certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP, are a plus.
