We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team. This dual role will involve managing existing publisher accounts to ensure optimal ad performance and revenue growth, as well as driving new business activities to expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping publishers succeed.

What You'll Do

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned publisher accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement ad solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance reports, presenting findings to clients and suggesting improvement strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google policies, and best practices to ensure clients remain compliant and competitive.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the AnyMinds’s client portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Present the AnyMind’s value proposition to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to their specific needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the AnyMind and the client.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ad Manager, AdSense, and AdMob.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking and project management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for the digital advertising industry.
