Senior Quality and Requirements Analyst

To reinforce our Consulting Team in Skopje, we are looking for a 

Senior Quality and Requirements Analyst 

Your role: 

• QA/Business analyst with strong experience in QA/BA and solid functional skills 
• Support and challenge other BAs on the project with Requirement Gathering and Definition of Acceptance Criteria 
• Introduce quality early in the project working in close relation with the Lead Business Analysis 
• Should provide input and ensure the quality of the user experience on the selected technologies 
• Document, track, and monitor the existing issues and assist with root cause analysis 
• Investigating, understanding and clarifying business needs to determine proper activities in achieving the needed goal 
• Able to learn quickly and use several technologies in the contact center domains (omnichannel) 
• Understand user journeys and define E2E test cases 
• Preparation of test data 

Your Skills: 

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis 
• Previous experience with working with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) 
• Experience with Test Management tools preferably Xray
• Be able to visualize ideas and thoughts in various tools (miro / drawings etc) 
• Feel comfortable using various tools like Postman
• Previous experience with Contact Center would be considered as a plus 
• Adapt smoothly to rapid changes in priorities and tasks
