With sustainability and long-term thinking as guidance, we mobilize our engineering expertise to provide innovative solutions empowering communities today and ensure their resilience tomorrow.<br></p><p><strong>Background</strong></p><p>Join our dynamic Digitalization Competence Team, where your expertise in specific technical areas can drive real change in African communities.<br>Be a part of our strategic growth, as we explore innovative ways to amplify our social impact and contribute to the advancement of the STEM agenda in Africa.</p><p>We want to build up an ecosystem that shall support organizations to build up computer skills in their local community.</p><p><strong>What is your role?</strong></p><p>The aim is to recruit several team members to build a multidisciplinary team within the Digitalization Competence Group that will support us and our partner organization in Uganda in spreading computer skills amongst young children.</p><p>If you have a <strong>background in tech or engineering </strong>- especially in the areas of IT, computer science, digitalization, programming or other digital technologies we are looking for YOU! </p><p>Additional <strong>background in teaching, mentoring tutoring and or pedagogy</strong> is a plus.<a id="cc_0"></a><br></p><p>If you have a passion for <strong>creating engaging learning journeys and educational programs</strong> - preferable for children?</p><p>Your <strong>background in training mentors </strong>and <strong>crafting effective onboarding plans </strong><strong>for mentors and mentees</strong>, that will come handy when being part of our team.</p><p>If you have a background in <strong>process reviews</strong> and <strong>change management, </strong>ideally within the IT context, we would love to meet you.
