This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions and gain exposure to the cutting-edge field of digital identity. </p><p>We are looking for you who have worked for at least a couple of years as a paralegal or legal assistant at a law firm and/or company. We want you to have experience of working with contracts in some form, and training in law or as a paralegal (or equivalent work experience). You will handle a combination of administrative and legal duties.<br></p><p>Since you will have many contact points, both internally and externally, we believe that you have great social skills and you find it very easy to collaborate in different constellations.</p><ul></ul><p>You will be based in one of our offices in <strong>Vilnius, Bucharest, or </strong><strong>Madrid</strong> and will work closely with our in-house counsel and other key stakeholders across the business.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in reviewing and organizing a variety of legal documents, such as NDA's and amendments.</li><li>Assist with the preparation of legal reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Take ownership for corporate housekeeping.</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance of contract records and filings.</li><li>Conduct due diligence in support of various legal transactions.</li><li>Creating, filing, and preparing corporate documents.</li><li>Make sure that templates are up to date.</li><li>Help maintain and manage Signicat’s contract management system, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.</li><li>Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.</li><li>Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with local and international laws across our operating regions.</li><li>Liaise with internal teams to address legal queries and provide support on compliance-related matters.</li><li>Coordination of electronic signatures, wet ink signatures, and notarization processes.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong><br></p><ul><li>4+ years of experience in a similar role, from a law firm or a company.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in your work.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
