As an Intern Campaign Associate, you will assist in identifying, sourcing, and compiling advertising campaigns from various channels. You will gain hands-on experience in evaluating campaigns, uploading them into our system, and working with our partnership group to distribute these campaigns effectively. Additionally, you will be collaborating with the community team to engaging community announcements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing advertising campaigns from Advertisers’ platforms, direct submissions via email, and other relevant sources.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Support and evaluate campaigns to determine which will be most beneficial for partners and aligned with advertiser objectives.
  • System Management: Help upload selected campaigns into our internal system, ensuring accurate and timely entry of details and materials.
  • Community Announcements: Create visually appealing community announcements and promotional materials using Canva.
  • Communication: Support the announcement of newly uploaded campaigns to the partnership group with clear and engaging updates.
  • Collaboration: Work with the partnership group to gather feedback on campaign performance and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics and outcomes.
  • Learning and Development: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in campaign management and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong interest in digital marketing and campaign management. Basic analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferable.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills with an eagerness to learn and contribute.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently with a focus on detail.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate and learn from others.
  • This is a paid internship
