Role Description:
Support the team and client to establish the first-ever enterprise Data Management Program for the client to pursue innovation capabilities over time. Over the duration of the program, the team will execute a data strategy maturity assessment and processes, establish and mature enterprise data governance capabilities, work with the Change Management team to establish standard and consistent engagement and communication with key stakeholders, develop data strategy and implementation roadmap, as well as co-create a new organizational design.

Ideal candidate has experience or deep interest in with data strategy, data management, governance, and development of strategic planning/governance/management products. Candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable with working with executive clients and AFS leadership.
