About the Role
You will be a critical team member in Lyra’s growing legal and compliance team to support internal and external stakeholders in fulfilling Lyra’s mission to bring mental and emotional health solutions to large employers in the US and internationally. This is a full-time remote role that will be located in the UK and will report to Lyra’s Director, Labor and Employment Counsel.
You will be a critical team member in Lyra’s legal team assisting the International People Team, and working cross-functionally throughout the organization, in the management and handling of labor and employment related matters, with particular focus in EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions. You will be expected to work independently as the primary point of contact for the legal team in responding to international labor and employment questions, helping to develop the strategy for our international employment questions, and leading employment-related projects to support Lyra’s growth.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced labor and employment attorney, ready to roll up their sleeves on novel questions of International labor and employment law, able to deliver practical advice to our operational and People teams on international regulations in employment and labor law, and prepared to support teams across multiple time zones. You should have a proactive nature in identifying issues and presenting solutions and be someone who is searching for a collaborative environment brimming with novel questions.
