Job Title: Provider Personnel Representative

Responsibilities:

• Manage personnel matters for therapy providers, including onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling.
• Coordinate communication between providers and administrative teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to provider personnel.

Requirements:

• HS diploma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
