Responsibilities:
Plan and execute trampoline, kids, and water activation programs to enhance guest experiences.
Manage and coordinate all guest reservation processes efficiently.
Work with marketing and operations to develop engaging and creative activation ideas.
Criteria:
Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests of all ages.
Ability to handle reservations and scheduling systems effectively.
