We are looking for a Digital Intern who is passionate about digital communications and social media. This internship will encompass a wide array of responsibilities within digital.
As a Digital Intern, you will work closely with our digital marketing and creative teams to support the development and execution of innovative campaigns for our clients. You will gain real-world experience in social media management, content creation, performance analytics, and digital strategy. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn, with a passion for digital advertising and a keen eye for emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in creating and editing engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and monitor posts across platforms, engage with audiences, and track performance metrics.
- Paid Media Campaign Support: Collaborate with team members on the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Updating of Website backend CMSs such as Wordpress, Contentful etc. Training to be provided as needed
- Analytics & Reporting: Gather data and generate reports to evaluate the performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive strategies to inform campaign strategies.
- Administrative Support: Assist with project management tasks and other duties as assigned such as invoicing, BCRs etc.
Qualifications
- Collaborative spirit, results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines.
- Demonstrated creative thinker.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and exceptional interpersonal skills are a must.
- Must be pro-active, and able to operate effectively both independently and within a team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising trends.Passion for digital, staying abreast of evolving trends and emerging platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, social media insights) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
