  • <point>Providing basic technical support for customers using our app or website, guiding them through troubleshooting steps.</point>
  • <point>Staying updated with the latest company policies, procedures, promotions, and new product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.</point>
  • <point>Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.</point>
