Shuttle Driver

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for daily shuttle transportation for the community.  Shuttle Driver is also responsible for the calendar upkeep of shuttles needed for the community in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives under the supervision of the Community Manager.

For individuals hired to work in California, Asset Living is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of California and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role.  A reasonable estimate of the range is $13.00 - $18.00. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Shuttle Driver
• Responsible for the shuttle routes from community to required locations daily
• Responsible for creating and upkeep of daily shuttle schedule
• Responsible for communicating general maintenance, cleaning, etc. items to the Community Manager
• Responsible for daily logs as required by Community Manager
• Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager
• Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by Community Manager
• Customer & Resident Relations
• Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness
• Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition
• Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters
• Enforce policies of the community that the immediate supervisor delegates
