Job Summary

Diligent Solutions is seeking an Oracle General Ledger expert to support a Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Help Desk. The position is 100% remote and will be supporting many agencies in the General Ledger modules in Oracle, including Budgets, federal accounting, and sub-ledger activities. The project supports sustainment activities for 24 different agencies.

 Responsibilities and Duties: 

·       Managing help desk tickets.

·       Working with the customers on tickets assigned.

·       If system changes are needed to resolve an issue, then the owner of the ticket will need to work that process and do all the required tasks from initial analysis through production validation.

Key Skill Areas: Oracle P2P, Budgets, Federal Accounting, Sub-ledger

Qualifications

·       Oracle P2P for federal environment experience.

·       Knowledge of federal procurement processes in Oracle.  •
