Getting to Know Ajaib

We’ve been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2,5 years after Ajaib first launched. Job Description

• Responsible for bonds product operations, including trade clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Manage and maintain relationships with relevant parties such as bond issuers, custodians, depositories, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies related to bonds product operations.
• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technology, compliance, and risk management, to enhance bonds product operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in bonds product operations or a similar role in the financial industry.
• In-depth knowledge of bonds, including trade clearing, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
