• Define TCOE Goals, Objectives, Vision & Roadmap
• Set up & Optimize TCOE Operating Model
• Set up & Optimize TCOE Governance Structure
• Define QA Roles & Responsibilities
• Establish QA Process Guidelines, Metrics & Best Practices
• Define Standard Templates for all Test Artifacts
• First POC for any new QA Opportunities
• Test Plan, Test Strategy and Test Estimations for all new projects
• Provide thought Leadership
• Conduct Audits, Identify Process Gaps & Remediate Best Practices
• Delivery Transformation through innovation & process improvements.
