We work cross-functionally with Asana’s business teams to understand their goals and ensure they receive the data and technical support they need to flourish.We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Product Manager to lead our Partnerships / ELG (Ecosystem Led Growth) pillar under the Revenue Technology (RevTech) team, a vital part of the Enterprise Technology (ET) organization. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of Product Owners/Managers and drive the ELG pillar capability development.

As the PRM/Ecosystem Led Growth Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving our partner ecosystem strategy, blending strategic thinking with tactical execution. You'll leverage strong analytical capabilities and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Your deep understanding of both partner relationship management (PRM) systems and ecosystem-led growth strategies will be crucial in driving our business forward.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define a clear product vision and strategy for our PRM and ecosystem growth initiatives that aligns with overall business goals. Set the vision for a scalable PRM stack, focusing on Partner Registration, Onboarding, Enablement, and Deal Management capabilities.
  • Roadmap Development: Craft and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term partner needs with long-term ecosystem growth goals. Drive technology discussions and roadmap for the PRM and ecosystem growth pillars, aligning with business priorities and objectives.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize features and initiatives based on partner value, ecosystem impact, and resource availability. Develop and ship solutions that enable scalable growth of our partner ecosystem.
  • Ecosystem Expansion: Enable accelerated partner onboarding and engagement through automation and streamlined processes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to optimize partner programs, identify growth opportunities, and measure ecosystem impact.
  • Implement KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track the health and growth of the partner ecosystem.
  • Specialize in partner lifecycle management, including recruitment, enablement, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and align their ecosystem strategy with a prioritized system delivery roadmap.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field with at least 8+ years of experience in CRM / Partner Ecosystem management, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech companies. Demonstrated ability in building and mentoring a team of product owners/managers in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record in developing multi-year vision and accompanying product roadmaps for PRM systems and ecosystem growth initiatives. Create and present functional designs for partner-facing solutions, including data analysis, to gather feedback and refine offerings.
  • Strong understanding of business drivers in partner ecosystems, able to align partner needs to processes, design functional solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience with PRM platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and partner portal technologies.
  • Skilled in interacting with diverse technical teams and business leaders, including stakeholders from Partner Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Experience in technology vendor evaluation and guiding build vs. buy decisions for ecosystem tools and platforms.
  • Developing compelling partner programs and ecosystem strategies that drive mutual growth and value creation.
  • Planning and executing partner program launches, including partner enablement strategies and co-marketing campaigns.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $218,000 - $294,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
