Project Manager - Talent Platforms Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $65 - $75/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's work experience)
- Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (San Francisco, CA 94105, Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 11 Month Assignment
Project Manager - Talent Platforms Responsibilities:
- Manage key talent initiatives including technology platforms across talent acquisition and talent development.
- Drive project execution through management of project timeline, deliverables, team accountability, and issue and risk management.
- Stakeholder and change management across a large group of cross functional leaders and partners.
- Vendor management and relationship development, internally and externally to the company.
- Create and maintain documentation of business processes and workflows and ensures they are up to date.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Project Manager - Talent Platforms Qualifications:
- 8+ years in a Talent, Human Resources, or people operations team function, in program/project management capacity.
- Demonstrated experience and effective execution of project methodologies and project management tools as a workstream lead or project manager.
- Strong execution and experience in hosting and delivering on global complex projects.
- Experience and knowledge of project management related to the implementation of HR/Talent Systems, technology and/or tools.
- Proficiency or familiarity with HR software systems, such as Workday HCM, SmartRecruiters ATS, etc.
- Proven track record building and executing enterprise-wide global programs, delivering results to a broad range of stakeholders through successful solution design and implementation.
- Consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end change management process to support the project across all key milestones including audience impact analysis, change and communication planning and execution.
- Ability to speak and write clearly, concisely, and compellingly. Is honest, open, and thoughtful in words and in action. Able to present a convincing argument to senior executives.
- Attention to detail - highly diligent and focused on driving issues both big and small to completion.
- Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple project workstreams with changing priorities. Works exceptionally well across functional groups.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
- Understanding high-tech environments is beneficial.
