As SafetyCulture continues to grow and scale, we’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to take ownership of our Training website in partnership with our design team to build a world class SaaS website that continues to fuel the growth of training product adoption.
As part of a nimble and dynamic marketing team you’ll plan, manage and execute on a technical roadmap and work with the team to create a stable and reliable web asset that reflects our ambitious growth goals.
Technical notes: Our website is built using NextJS and uses Prismic as a headless CMS. We like it, but are always up for assessing the market for the best tech for the job.
How you will spend your time:
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining our marketing website and supporting assets including course library
- Work with designers, developers, marketers and product managers to develop an overall user experience for Training
- Contribute, document and maintain the web components in the design system for use across the marketing platforms
- Help optimize the online signup conversions through continual adjustments on the website
- Help the execution of marketing campaigns from a technical perspective
About you:
- Incredibly passionate about web development. You’re across the latest technologies and understand how the landscape is changing with a desire to keep up with it
- 3+ years work experience developing websites in a fast-paced environment, such as an agency or start-up
- Proficiency in web development in Next.js and React. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies
- Interested in performance and page optimisations to get the best SEO results
- Understanding of usability and design to create modular and flexible frontend components that can be easily combined and customized to meet evolving business needs
- Knowledge of Prismic with its CLI tools is a big bonus
