Title: Service Desk Engineer III
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday day shift plus on call
Location: New Brighton MN
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000

Position Summary
This Tier III Service Desk Engineer is a key role for our help desk. You will not only be your team’s escalation point for the more difficult issues, but you will also be a mentor to your Tier I and II teammates, helping them grow as technicians.
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and implementing network infrastructure. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of SMB infrastructure and equipment.
Required Proficiencies: Modern Windows Desktop and Server platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy, Advanced Networking (HP and Cisco Switch Configurations, VLAN, VPN, NAT, Routing, Wireless), Exchange, SQL, StorageCraft, SAN, Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V, O365, Azure, and other MS Cloud and Hosted Solutions
Preferred
10 years industry experience, specifically supporting Microsoft based environments with a managed service provider
Qualifications
**Due to regulatory compliance requirements of the clients we serve, it is a requirement of this role to be a legal US Person or US Permanent Resident. **
