Project Manager

Senior Level :

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements and manage the product backlog.
• Estimate resources required for project success and propose budget adjustments when necessary.
• Assess the need for additional project staff or consultants and facilitate their recruitment, if required.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
• Lead scrum teams to support them in achieving release and sprint goals.
• Facilitate effective team coordination, communication, and task assignment.
• Track project progress, monitor milestones, and proactively mitigate risks and obstacles.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet defined scope and quality criteria.
• Manage changes within the project scope, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication to the team and stakeholders.

Junior - Mid Level :

• Collaborate with senior project managers and stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives.
• Contribute to the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements and assist in managing the product backlog.
• Assist in planning the product release and setting expectations for the delivery of new product features.
• Support scrum teams in achieving release and sprint goals.
• Coordinate team activities, facilitate communication, and assist with task assignment.
• Support the management of changes within the project scope and communicate updates to the team and stakeholders.
• Assist in estimating the resources required for project success and propose adjustments when necessary.
• Track project progress, monitor milestones, and report project status to senior project managers.
• Identify and escalate risks and obstacles to senior project managers for timely resolution.
• Support stakeholder engagement to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management or relevant internships.
• Basic understanding of AI technologies and web development frameworks.
• Familiarity with the product life cycle and the software development process.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Possess theoretical knowledge or practical experience in utilizing sprint ceremonies within an Agile methodology is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assist in planning and estimation.
• Good communication and presentation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Assist the senior project manager in creating, refining, and modifying project documents.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work on projects within budget.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is advantageous.
• Background or knowledge in UX/UI design or development is advantageous.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
