Senior Cost Engineer (Civil - Electrical - Mechanical)

Senior Cost Engineer (Civil - Electrical – Mechanical)

📌 Location: Ilioupoli

🖋️ You will be reporting to: Costing Supervisor

What you will do:

• Quantity surveying – Measurement of works
• Conduct preliminary costing of projects
• Preparation of offers and budgets for the new projects
• Preparation of the necessary technical documents for the offer (technical description, schedule, etc.)
• Occasional visits to the project site as part of the offer preparation
• Communication with stakeholders

Requirements

Candidate’s profile:

• Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Electrical - Mechanical Engineering
• 7 to 10 years of experience in cost estimation and measurement of building projects
• Experience with complex building projects and strict deadlines
• Experience in Public Works will be considered an asset
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Essential knowledge of AutoCAD
• Desired knowledge of MS Project
• Knowledge of BIM will be considered an asset

• Communication skills, teamwork, and a spirit of collaboration
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, consistency in meeting deadlines
• Ability to organize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
