**This position will be required to work out of our NYC - Hudson Yards office in a hybrid capacity 2x per week**

In a Nutshell:
You are organized and detail oriented, quick to support your team to help deliver a client’s business goals. Senior Account Executives are in the trenches and the go-to for day to day knowledge across the account and overall market landscape.
Responsibilities / Expectations
- Client Management
- Ability to help run and support the day to day client interaction, building relationships with entry to junior-mid level clients while ensuring consistent and timely comms between internal team and client.
- Understands client’s broad marketing strategies, including voice of the client, business and the broader industry and able to bring that strategic insight into content production and additional work.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once, ranging from core project work streams to supporting the senior account team on Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Activation
- Responsible for delivering client facing conference reports, status documents, and/or industry and competitive alerts and tracking
- Own reporting decks - liaise with paid, creative, and analytics to ensure timely delivery of both recurring and campaign reports*
- Has a working understanding of integrated media landscape as well as emerging tech opps and platform best practices
- Regularly compiles competitive sweeps and analysis to feed into team briefings and campaign work*
- Contributes to creative process, helps to manage feedback and edits, whilst honing critical thinking
- Working knowledge of paid media tactics and collaborates with media team on paid specific asks*
- Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative results into client-facing reports; connect data with original strategy, and create a story supported by data
- Keep internal teams aligned with client’s brand strategy and guidelines; ability to offer constructive feedback and provide proactive solutions Communication and Collaboration
- Strong, detailed, and timely communications in day to day, both internally and externally including both verbal and written
* In Instances where we are working with outside media agencies you might be required to write basic reports, post organic content (especially if a Community Manager/Copywriter is not on the team)
- Skills
- Organized, attention to detail is critical
- Budget and billing responsibilities
- Operating knowledge of online and social platforms, content development and publishing, social media advertising trends and tools, community management and engagement strategies
- Strong presentation skills -- trusted to present decks to client and support team on writing/input on strategic decks and creative presentation decks
- Intermediate knowledge of presentation software (Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides)
- Knowledge of Spreadsheet (file based) software (excel, Google Sheets)
- Responsible for managing their own time effectively, identifying possible barriers to getting the work done and seeking support when needed
- Ability to work quickly, both independently and collaboratively
* Never being “too senior/precious” to do something, the ability to scale and act as team is important

Base Salary
$60,000—$80,000 USD
