Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is currently recruiting one Per Diem Psych PBX Receptionist, Monday-Friday, 11am--7pm to work front desk and assist with walking visitors to the units, property and answer phones . T

Duties:

• Is the back up and will assist the receptionist in assuring a smooth process during visitation.
• Assist in checking in visitors, directs traffic, wands visitors, helps with property check in and contraband, will help educate visitors with the visitation process.
• PBX receptionist will work closely with Nurses, Mental Health Technician, and visitors in regarding visitation.
• Walk visitors to the cafeteria or gym during visitation.
• Resolve issues at front desk and notify the correct person
• Page codes over the intercom
• Help keep lobby clean
• Helps answer phone calls and deliver property to the units as needed.
• Provide the best customer service to all visitors, vendors, medical staff and employees.

Requirements

Education: HS Diploma or equivalent

1 year experience in a behavioral healthcare/ or customer service.

Communication skills.

Flexible

Bilingual preferred
