Description

We are looking for Training and Development to design and deliver educational programs for our sales teams. Training and Development responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material, and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.


Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct the orientation program for new joiners in designated sales teams through effective training methodologies, both in groups and individually via video conferencing/classroom, to equip the new joiners with requisite tools and knowledge to make them productive within one week of joining
  • Know how to conduct Business Opportunity Presentation (BOP), App. Training, initiative to Mitra Engagement training related.
  • Do a training need analysis by interacting with stakeholders of different channels, analyzing the sales reports & interacting with the sales team & Qoala+ mitras
  • To come up with a special/ad hoc program that promotes sales growth and sustainability.
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training
  • Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
  • Onboard new sales people
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
  • Monitor sales objectives and results
  • Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)

Requirements

  • Knowledge of insurance products, industry, and market practice for life, health, and general (insurtech knowledge is a plus)
  • Must be comfortable working with data and should have an analytical bend - combine EQ and IQ, with data orientation
  • Minimum 3 years experience in insurance industry esp from life insurance
  • Experience in sales training will be an added value
  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar
  • Know how to conduct Business Opportunity Presentation (BOP) or initiative to Mitra Engagement training
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office esp excel skill (pivot, vlookup, if etc), PowerPoint, Google services
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Solid communication and presentation abilities
  • Additional certification in training is a plus
