You could be part of it as a <strong>CRM Manager (all genders)!</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies leveraging multiple channels such as newsletters and email journeys, direct mailings, push notifications, in-app automations and beyond.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Forecast, monitor and report on CRM campaign performance.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Analyze and drive campaign optimization through A/B testing.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Oversee and optimize the CRM strategy to reach monthly and annual targets for repeat customers</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You work closely with the Product, Mobile and Creative teams to design and launch campaigns. Additionally, partner with Acquisition Marketing, Telemarketing and Customer service to improve and synchronise the customer experience throughout the journeys.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You extract insights from customer data and define intelligent targeting, personalization and cross-channel communication.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You successfully completed your studies with an emphasis on Marketing or a related field.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM with a focus on customer lifecycle, retention & engagement.
