Skills Required:

Should have experience in leading / managing e-commerce solutions
Working knowledge or familiarity with e-commerce, marketplaces and OMS tools
Working knowledge of integration of e-commerce solutions to external applications such as CMS, PIM, DAM, CRM, ERP, Tax, Shipping, Payments and similar 3^rd party applications
Working knowledge or familiarity with Web Analytics
Working knowledge or familiarity with CRM tools
Working experience in SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development
Understanding of future / emerging technologies

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Designs, implements and supports existing and new eCommerce solutions B2B and B2C/D2C
Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, gap analysis and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT solutions with eComm initiatives
Works closely with business users to define and analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical, application or configuration for eComm solutions
Works with business users to create project specifications, defines UAT scenarios, verifies if system meets business requirements, and reviews test plans
Works with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional / technical specs, obtains estimates and shapes demand signals
Defines eComm project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing project budgets
Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process
Oversees user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
Leads both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate; Seen as the go-to for subject matter expertise by leading day to day activitiesProvides guidance to team members and collaborates with business and IT stakeholders, and vendors
Assist with ongoing eComm data management, system refresh, product copy, product export/import and new product setup
Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy
Builds relationships and provide technology guidance to assigned Business Unit or Function
Leads small to medium scale IT Transformation initiatives
