About the role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our CRM team. In this key role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong client partnerships, delivering customized solutions, and driving business growth, all while managing Wallester's top-tier clients.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with business partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously expand client portfolio through proactive engagement.
  • Conduct regular outreach to existing clients (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and proactively expand business with existing clients.
  • Address challenging client requests and manage issue escalations or delegations as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Operate independently, managing tasks and responsibilities on a day-to-day basis.


Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Economics/Sociology/Law, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in client account or relationship management.
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with large international corporations.
  • Strong independent thinking and self-starter mentality.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate across all organizational levels, from technical personnel to senior management.
  • Formal presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
