What you’ll own

  • Ensure the smooth implementation of various travel technology solutions from key partners, including Sabre, Travelfusion, Compleat, Magnatech, and NDC (New Distribution Capability) Content.
  • Manage orders and cases created in Sabre
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Sabre
  • Implement new PCCs and user profiles, including setup and configuration
  • Manage and implement Content Aggregator products and services for our clients
  • Support client requests related to QC products
  • Implement QC products and services for new clients
  • Implement NDC (New Distribution Capability) Content products and services

Experience to bring with you

  • 5+ years experience in the Travel Industry
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience testing and troubleshooting product features, apps, and tools
  • Strong background working with Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System)
  • Consulting experience within the corporate travel space
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into solutions
  • Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work from either Mexico or Colombia
  • Fluent in both the English and Spanish language

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications. 

The annual cash compensation for this role is: USD $19,200 - $21,000

Along with Equity in the form of stock options which provides partial ownership in the company so you can share in the success of the company as it grows
