Job Description
As the Kore.AI Integration Specialist & Bot Developer, you will play a key role in integrating our tech stack across platforms like Zendesk, Twilio Flex, and Survicate, while also leading the development and implementation of sophisticated conversational AI bots. Your contributions will ensure that every customer interaction aligns with our promise of a “friendly, fast, and frictionless” experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tech Stack Integration: Lead the integration of Kore.AI with our existing tools, including Zendesk, Twilio Flex, Survicate, and other essential platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
- Bot Development: Design and build customized, customer-focused bots using Kore.AI, delivering seamless, intuitive experiences for our clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and customer service teams to gather requirements, understand customer pain points, and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Maintenance & Optimization: Continuously review and optimize bot performance, ensuring updates align with best practices and the latest features.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams, enabling smooth bot integration into daily operations.
- Documentation: Develop detailed documentation for bot flows, tech stack integrations, and process management to facilitate future scaling.
- User Feedback & Iteration: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine bot flows and enhance customer experiences.
Key Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in setting up and integrating Kore.AI with software platforms such as Zendesk, Twilio Flex, and Survicate.
- Bot Development: Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI bots using Kore.AI with a focus on customer-centric design.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues while streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Communication Skills: Clear communication and collaboration abilities to translate business requirements into functional bot solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- API Knowledge: Experience with API integrations, particularly in SaaS environments, ensuring seamless platform connectivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automation tools and processes.
- 5+ years of experience in developing software, preferably using Kore.AI.
- Familiarity with AI, NLP, and machine learning technologies is a significant plus.
- Understanding of multi-channel customer service environments.
- Knowledge of additional tools like Service Fusion, QuickBooks Online, and Encircle is a bonus.
