The Role
As the Assistant Store Manager for our luxury retail Wooster store, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's prestige and delivering an unmatched level of service to our esteemed clientele. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will assist in driving sales, managing operations, and cultivating a luxurious and inviting atmosphere that reflects our brand ethos. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
- Lead by example, providing guidance and support to the sales team to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a team of highly skilled sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, to uphold the brand's image and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service and drive customer loyalty.
- Partner with the Store Manager to analyze sales performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimize business results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including security and loss prevention measures.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and diplomatic manner, preserving the integrity of the brand and the customer relationship.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities, sharing insights and best practices with the team to maintain our competitive edge.

- Deep understanding of luxury fashion and trends, with a keen eye for quality, craftsmanship, and aesthetics.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, able to analyze data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business results.
