The role of the Business Operations Manager will be helping to manage and drive a number of strategic initiatives and planning cadences for the Tech Ops & Program Management group within the new Business Operations team. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects on behalf of the centralized Business Operations group, as well as assisting in the operational function of our Technology group. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, product management, product marketing, and operations to ensure collaboration within, and effective delivery of, projects like our company Product Development Process. Your comfortability navigating critical organizational tools like JIRA, combined with strong project management and communication skills, will be critical in driving the success of these initiatives.

United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.
