<p>Our client is seeking an ambitious and energetic Account Manager with iGaming experience to drive their growth. This role offers the opportunity to work with a recognized leader in the sector, building high-impact partnerships and expanding into new markets. If you're ready to grow your career and unlock earning potential in a thriving market, this could be the perfect opportunity.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage communication with partners, providing support, answering inquiries, and resolving account-related issues.</li><li>Assist partners with product updates and promotional activities.</li><li>Monitor partner activity on the platform, analyze betting volumes, game engagement, and user behavior, and suggest personalized solutions to enhance profitability and engagement.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and propose additional products or services to existing partners to drive revenue.</li><li>Develop and implement tailored promotional campaigns that increase GGR, retention, and partner satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of account management strategies, representing partner interests within the company.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business trips, establishing new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in the iGaming or gambling industry; experience with a casino games provider is a significant plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of the iGaming market and industry trends.</li><li>Experience in data analysis to drive informed decisions and suggest client improvements; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).</li><li>Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Availability for business travel and attendance at industry events as needed.</li><li>Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Why You’ll Love Working With Our Client:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Possibility to travel and participate in global conferences, representing the company and expanding your network.</li></ul> •
