This is a full-time remote position for candidates located in Ukraine.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting extensive market research, identifying innovative course topics, and rigorously testing the viability of proposed course ideas. The successful candidate will possess a strong intellectual acumen, coupled with diverse knowledge across various fields of human interest, and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to maintaining ELVTR's position as a premium provider in the online education market.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the online education market
- Analyze competitor offerings and assess potential areas of differentiation
- Propose innovative course topics that align with our brand and target audience
- Develop hypotheses around the viability of new course ideas and design tests to validate these hypotheses
- Collaborate with our team of experts to refine course concepts and curricula
- Assist the team in identifying suitable subjects for instructors
- Continuously monitor the performance of our courses and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present detailed reports on findings and recommendations to senior management
- Normalize and evaluate students' data for standardization and analysis purposes.
- Preserve the historical record of ideas within Asana and Airtable.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning about a wide range of subjects,specifically gaming related topics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, Marketing, or similar) is a big plus
- Experience in research, education program analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated technical savviness, with proficiency in data analysis tools, business software, and a general understanding of online platforms and technologies
- Familiarity with online education platforms and the competitive landscape
- Knowledge of visualization tools is a plus
