Overview of the job
As a Sales Leader at SERTIS, you will be responsible for closing sales of our products and engineering solutions to our customers. Participating in all aspects of the solution sales cycle, from lead generation to closing negotiations, you will drive revenue and market growth through your knowledge of sales and tech and the trust you build in the marketplace. If you are a results-oriented, solutions sales professional with a passion for closing deals in the technical space, this is the role for you. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.
In this role, you will:
- Reach into the Thai and overseas (ASEAN) markets to acquire new customers
- Lead the end-to-end closing of solutions sales opportunities for SERTIS products and services, winning on both revenue and margin
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales and enhance brand awareness
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to spot opportunities and validate our sales strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify improvements and recommendations
You'll be successful if you have:
- A technical undergraduate and/or graduate degree
- 5+ years in solution sales of technical products, IT solutions, Data, AI/ML, or related fields
- A good work ethic and passion for Data and AI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies
- Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders and influencing key decision makers
- Demonstrated experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
