Cockpit Designer Suite overview:
The increasing complexity of glass cockpit makes nowadays and tomorrow cockpits deal with more than 30000 different cockpit configurations (taking in count, DU, windows, pages, layers and cursors reconfigurations
Cockpit Designer's approach is totally different as it allows specifiers to translate their high level requirements into high level formal language rules using properties and transitions. It means that you can specify properties of kind "PFD unicity on left side and by specifying one rule, you may cover a huge number of cockpit configurations.
Moreover, thanks to an integrated simulation, you can put pilots in the loop as soon as the prototyping phase in order to assure early validation and to participate to time to market improvement.
Cockpit Designer Suite is a suite of 3 tools:
Cockpit Designer : Cockpit reconfiguration specification tool
ReeD Gene : Generator of the associated reconfiguration software
Cockpit Designer IVV Toolkit : DO-178B qualified verification tool providing proof of compliance between Cockpit Designer specifications and software produced by ReeD Gene.

Scope:
First : TDP RTRT qualification on Windows Server 2019
Second : Tools verification (pSTD based) on Windows Server 2019
- STD : for each test, enrich the input data, the expected results, the test launch procedure and possibly the acceptance method from SW IVVp for publishers and STP for qualified code generators.
- Review of enriched STD
- STR
- Independent STR review

The Cockpit designer Suite has three components which are developed using ADA and C languages. We need to perform the V&V activities using RTRT with C and/or ADA. So, the candidate(s) is/are expected to have knowledge on both C and ADA. As the availability of ADA resource is scarce, we need to check the adaptability of the candidate(s) to learn and work with ADA language.
