Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic XSperience Manager to join our Enterprise Services Team. This role is pivotal in building relationships and earning trust among a diverse group of stakeholders, including clients, owners, general contractors, project managers, and executive leadership. The XSperience Manager will lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering value at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the driver of the projects—like a bus driver steering the team toward success.
Generate additional sales revenue through our solutions-based service offerings.
Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion with high-quality standards.
Coordinate resources, manage risks, and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to align project goals.
Actively listen and engage with stakeholders to understand their perspectives, adapting strategies as necessary.
Foster collaboration among team members, guiding efforts toward a unified goal.
Continuously seek process improvements and risk mitigation strategies to enhance project outcomes.
Ability to travel to some meetings quarterly to visit clients or corporate meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must haves:
Client-centric approach with a strong attention to detail.
Hands-on experience and technical competence in project management.
Proficiency in CRM and project management software tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
Should have:
Security Industry experience with door hardware, access control, video, or alarms.
Documented training in a related field.
Some college or technical school courses.
Flexible schedule for both East coast and West coast time zones.
