Community Manager, All Games, Turkiye+

As Community Manager working for all games genre we have, reporting to the Supervisor Brand Management Türkiye+ LOL & TFT, you will build a link with our community, ensuring that anything we ship embodies a Player-First mindset, managing programs and creating campaigns that are celebrated by our community of players. To achieve that, you'll surround yourself with outstanding partners and agencies to help you accomplish that mission.

Responsibilities

• Be the local community ambassador, build direct lines of communication, conversations and engagement with players, ensuring they have a voice so that campaigns are adapted to their needs.
• Support the local Brand team to tailor and enhance all major game beats.
• Guide the local strategy for direct-to-player communications in League of Legends, VALORANT, TFT and Wild Rift to create a consistent experience for Riot fans.
• Monitor and report local player sentiment to help guide present and future campaign strategy.
• Work with Influencer Vendor closely, inspire and manage them to create new projects
• Monitor and report local influencer & streamer charts, track all Influencer related KPIs
• Respond to the shifting needs of our community as they develop, raising emergent issues with the team and tackling them by developing projects.
• Continue building and improving our existing Creator/RPP program.
• Discover new creators within our community and build long lasting and productive
• relationships while maintaining the existing ones.
• Work with teams and partners to bring holistic community-focused initiatives that are loved by our players.

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in online communities, including digital marketing, influencer strategy, programs development and community activations execution.
• Knowledge of community best practices, including communication strategies and partnerships with creators.
• Knowledge of gaming and esports community in Turkey.
• Deep knowledge of PC/mobile gaming industry, PC/mobile influencers and communities.
• Experience in crisis management and sensitive communications.
• Solid experience developing custom community activations.
• It is required to have native Turkish, and a good level of English.
•  Passionate about all Riot Games product and its respective game genre and connected to its community, in-game language and most recent memes.
