Job Title: General Labor

Job Type: Full-time, Direct Placement
Location: Clifton Park, NY
Pay Range: $18-20/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with weekend overtime available)
Responsibilities:
Snow Removal and Landscaping:
Clearing snow from walkways, driveways, and common areas.
Maintaining the landscape by mowing, trimming, and ensuring a neat appearance.
Property Refitting and Maintenance:
Prepare apartments for new tenants by performing repairs, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed.
Tenant Move-in/Move-out Assistance:
Coordinate and assist with moving tenants in and out of apartments.
Ensure apartments are cleaned and in proper condition for new occupants.
General Maintenance Support:
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property management.
Perform repairs or improvements efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping, or related fields preferred.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, snow blowers, etc.).
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants and team members.
