Kleen Test Products is in search of Sanitization (C&S) Technician's at our climate control and clean Sunset facility in Port Washington, WI on 1st (7AM-3PM), 2nd (3PM-11PM), and 3rd (11PM-7AM) shift. This position performs all aspects of sanitizing by preparing various types of totes, flushing lines, and cleaning equipment in production areas across the facility in our production rooms. This team reports to the Sanitization (C&S) Supervisor and up through the Plant Manager enabling our production lines to complete the highest quality product in accordance with company policies and procedures. Clean climate controlled environment.

1st (7AM-3PM), M-F
2nd (3PM-11PM), M-F
3rd (11PM-7AM), Mon night - Fri night
Essential Functions:
- Use cleaning devices and/or chemical agents to sanitize production equipment or environment in the production rooms
- Operate in alignment with clear established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
- Complete paperwork in accordance with cGMP and GDP requirements and guidelines.
- Understand equipment functionality, including parameters for cleaning and sanitizing, and perform inspections on cleaned equipment before use.
- Complete regular and unique training for specialized cleaning techniques, some of which are only used periodically.
- May operate forklift, floor scrubber, scissor lift, and/or boom lift in execution of duties.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area. ·
- Observe all safety, PPE, and quality procedures while completing required tasks.
- Observe and verify other team members have correct PPE and following procedures and vice-versa ·
- Other projects and duties as assigned, which may include weekly, monthly or annual reoccurring tasks to be completed during downtime. ·
- Regular attendance is necessary to perform job duties.
Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED and one to three months of related experience and/or training in an active manufacturing environment.
- Experience in OTC and personal care bulk manufacturing is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of PPE requirements and potential safety risks of not adhering to PPE protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), etc.
- Ability to read and understand training for specialized processes and retain information.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved, written and oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must have basic knowledge of spreadsheets, email, and inventory/manufacturing software programs.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.
